Hartley Deviations apps do not collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, and no internet connection required to play. This page explains exactly what that means.
What the apps store
A small amount of game data — your best score, your most recent score, and how many rounds you've played — is stored directly on your device, using Android's standard local app storage. Apps that are not games store nothing.
This information never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us, to Google, Apple, or to anyone else. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes it.
What our apps do not collect

Third-party services
Bottoms Up Trivia does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software development kits (SDKs). Aside from the Google Play Store itself handling installation and updates, no other service has any involvement with the app.
Children's privacy
Bottoms Up Trivia is a trivia game about beer history and culture and is not directed at children. It is not intended for use by anyone under the legal drinking age in their country or region, and no data is collected from any user regardless of age.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future update adds a feature that uses data differently — this page will be updated and the effective date above will reflect the revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
